What do you make your business cards from when your company is named after the famous PBY-5A Canso from WWII? If you’re Canso Investment Counsel, you enlist the help of MotoArt Studios to go out into the Californian desert and cut the skin off a real Canso. Each card is unique, with the business information laser-etched into the plane’s original paint. To complete the theme, the company’s address is written in longitude& latitude coordinates, which when entered into the Google Maps’s search bar, will take you right to Canso’s front door.

For the 107th anniversary of The Battle of Vimy Ridge we worked with Little Canada to create their newest installation. A 30-foot-long wall sits with the display and tells the story of the Vimy Memorial and the most famous battle in Canadia’s history.

In 2022, Canso Investment Counsel celebrated its 25th anniversary. As a thank you gift to all the Canso clients and employees who made this possible, we worked with Lego to create 400 custom models of our PBY-5A Canso namesake. So that everyone who helped build Canso could build their very own Canso.

In 2012 two friends from Niagara-on-the-Lake looked around and realized there were over two dozen wineries, but not one brewery. So they opened Silversmith Brewing Company in a century old church in Virgil. A decade later, the beer was still flowing, but the brand needed a little refresh. So we took inspiration from the stained glass windows of the church and produced a colourful new line up of cans and logos. Stop by next time you’re down there, they even serve wine.

To help launch PortfolioHiWay.com, an IIROC registered online investment platform, we partnered with Corgi UK to create custom Volkswagen licensed Portfolio HiWay campervans. These little welcome gifts were mailed out to every new Portfolio HiWay client as a playful way to invite them aboard and give them a piece of our brand they could put in their home. Each campervan came with its own license plate sticker with a personalized number for clients to stick on their miniature.
